David is an experienced, successful personal injury attorney, married with two children. He met his wife when he was president of his college fraternity where she was one of the “little sisters.” He was born in Philadelphia, graduated from Penn State in 1976 and Widener Law School in 1983.
David is an Eagle Scout advisor with Overlook Hills Troop 72 of the Boy Scouts of America and a Master Mason with Concordia Lodge #67. He has volunteered with disabled adults and children at The Pegasus Riding Academy and he has been a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Huntingdon Valley Library. Before becoming a successful lawyer David flipped burgers, waited tables and worked in the printing industry for years while going to law school at night. He knows how important it is to get someone’s medical bills covered and their lost wages paid. He does an outstanding job for his clients.
David Silver was admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania on July 2, 1984 and the federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on January 11, 1991. For over 27 years he has fought and won personal injury and accident cases against some of the biggest, richest and most powerful insurance companies and corporations in the country.
